Well here's a way to have a good chance of buying it if it should ever become available.
Visit http://www.netsol.com and complete the 'find a domain name' box using the taken name.
The next page tells you that it's been taken and asks you whether you would like the name put on back order. Click the backorder link.
The next page lets you know that they will search for availability for a year and buy it on your behalf should it become available.
Okay, this will cost you $49. But if this a name you really would like, and you don't want to pay the over-hyped price that the domain owner is asking ($25,000! What!), it's worth it. Especially as if it's not costing you anything if you don't get it.
