Fair comment, though there are testimonials on the product web site - it's easy to take those with a 'pinch of salt'.
This is one of the reasons that most if not all products of this kind have money back guarantees ... if it's crap, you can get your money back. And I can tell you that the majority of sellers don't want the hassle of 'charge backs' and will honour the guarantee.
Regarding this product ... Shaun has been in 'business' for quite some time now, with a reputation to uphold (a good one!).
If you have any doubts about any product/service you are thinking of buying - contact the seller directly ... ask them some direct questions - You can also search for the author on the search engines and see what comes up. If you like what you read, like the responses from the seller ... then it's worth the effort.

I have one problem with this product. I haven't seen any testimonies that actually made money off of it. I just read great raves about it, but not anything about facts that someone actually put the strategies to practice and made some money in a very short time.
